Lucy (3 legs) has an unusual colouring for a Trailie, (seen here with we think, Mela) sharing a few moments and greetings before the walk got underway.

Lucy's handicap did not hold her back one little bit, plus we understand she is soon to become a 'Superstar' as she has been filming and is producing a DVD with a view to promoting Trailhounds in general.

Lucy's owner Leony has taken her to agility training and she has taken to that despite her handicap, just proving that no matter what happens to any dog, they are not useless, just because they lose a limb, or an eye etc.

Lucy also has regular water therapy and hydro-massage which has helped her immensley in reaching full health again and making mincemeat of the assault hurdles etc. Well done Lucy, showing that any handicap is only in the mind.
